Who we are

Reporzi ("we", "us") provides automated client reporting for marketing agencies at reporzi.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

  • Account data — your email address and the workspace details you provide (agency name, client names).
  • Connected analytics data — when you connect Google Analytics 4 or Google Search Console, we access read-only performance metrics (sessions, clicks, conversions and similar aggregates) for the properties you explicitly select. We never access personal data about your clients' visitors.
  • Generated content — the reports and summaries produced in your workspace, including your edits.

How we use Google user data

Reporzi's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Analytics data is used solely to generate the reports you request. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train generalized AI models.

How we protect it

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. All data is scoped to your workspace with database-level row security. Access to report metrics is limited to your signed-in team and the recipients you choose. You can disconnect a data source at any time, which revokes and deletes its stored tokens.

Third parties we rely on

Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI summary generation — report metrics are processed to produce your narrative and are not used for model training), and Resend (email delivery).

Your choices

You can export or delete your workspace data, disconnect integrations, or delete your account by contacting us at info@reporzi.com. Deleting a data source removes its tokens immediately; deleting your account removes your workspace data within 30 days.
